Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of Packlo, developed by HTK Labs. By downloading or using Packlo you agree to them.
License agreement
Packlo is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add details about subscriptions and the service; where they differ, the Apple EULA applies to the license itself.
Packlo subscription
Packlo is free to download. Building and changing lists requires a subscription, available as an in-app purchase with a weekly or a yearly period. The price and billing period are shown in the app before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings (Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions).
- If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies; you can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
When a subscription ends, your trips and lists stay in the app and can still be read. Changing them needs an active subscription.
Lists are suggestions
Packlo's lists are generated with the help of an AI model and a weather forecast. They are suggestions to help you prepare, not a guarantee that nothing is missing. Forecasts change, and the bag scan can miss or misread an item. Please check what matters yourself, in particular travel documents, medication, and your airline's baggage, weight and liquids rules.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for what is done under your account. You can delete your account at any time in Settings › Delete account.
Acceptable use
Use Packlo for your own personal travel planning and in line with applicable laws. Don't try to disrupt the service, access other people's data, or use the list and scan features through anything other than the app.
Third parties
Weather data is provided by Apple Weather. Apple, App Store and iPhone are trademarks of Apple Inc. Packlo is an independent app and is not affiliated with any airline, travel company or retailer.
Disclaimer and liability
Packlo is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we don't guarantee that it will be available without interruption or that its suggestions will be complete or correct, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use, including items left behind, baggage fees or travel disruption. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can't be waived.
Privacy
How Packlo handles data is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version; continued use of Packlo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
